Over the weekend I was really doing something. I was at Barnes and Nobile, sitting on a chair, letting my mind run freely when I thought, wow, I should start writing about NLP and sending what I write to all my fans and friends because they would learn a lot from what I know.

I was thinking last to myself, what makes leaders like high end Marines, presidents, and athletes so powerful? As I was thinking to myself, several leaders that have influenced my life flashed through my head. I envisioned Martin Luther King talking on stage. I saw my first sergeant in Japan come rushing through my mind, some of my past mentors, and many other great leaders I’ve seen in my early 26 years of life. I realized they all had one similar character trait.
